Lubricate the tire generously with the appropriate mounting paste and deflate the tire completely.
Remove the tire from the rim
Set Carefully apply the mounting lever to the tire and lift the tire off the rim piece by piece.
If necessary, clean the inside of the rim before fitting the new tire.
Fitting the new tire
Lubricate the rim and the new tire again with mounting paste.
Pull the new tire back onto the rim using the mounting levers.
Inflating and cleaning the tire
Inflate the tire to approx. 3 bar using the compressor. Then, if necessary, release some air again until the correct pressure is reached.
Then remove all remnants of the mounting paste.
Check the result
After assembly, check that the front wheel is correctly seated and runs freely. Also check that the drum brake is working properly and that the tire is correctly seated on the rim and has the correct air pressure.
