Replacing the valve
In this guide, we will show you step by step how to replace the valve on the tire of your VMAX e-scooter.
Tools required
- pliers
- tire lever
- New valve
- Optional: Lubricant
Instructions

Partially remove the tire from the rim
First remove one side of the tire from the rim using tire levers.

Remove the old valve
Grip the valve with pliers and pull it outwards from the rim.

Insert the new valve
Apply some lubricant to the valve hole.
Push the new valve through the rim from the inside to the outside.
Then pull lightly on the valve until it is correctly seated in the rim.

Refitting the tire
Place the tire back on the rim and mount it using the tire levers.

Inflate the tire
Fill the tire with the recommended air pressure.
If the tire holds the air, the valve is correctly fitted.
