Tools Required
- 3 mm Allen wrench
- 2.5 mm Allen wrench
- Phillips screwdriver
- Replacement part: taillight
Instructions
Remove the side covers

Remove both rear side covers. To do this, use a 3 mm Allen wrench to loosen the three screws on each side.
Be sure to set the screws aside neatly so that nothing gets lost during reassembly.
Loosen the side struts

Loosen the two side struts on the fender using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench.
Detach the fender from the mounting arm

Using a 3 mm Allen wrench, loosen the two screws on each side that secure the fender to the mounting arm.
Remove the fender

Disconnect the rear light's plug.

Then carefully remove the fender.
Remove the taillight

Remove the cable from the cable guide, and then use a Phillips-head screwdriver to loosen the screw on the taillight.

Carefully pull the taillight out of the fender.
Install a new taillight

Install the new taillight and secure it with the Phillips-head screw.
Run the cable and install the fender
Reinsert the cable into the cable guide and position the fender correctly.
First, tighten the four screws on the mounting arm (3 mm Allen wrench), then tighten the side struts using the 2.5 mm Allen wrench.
Make the connection and install the covers
Reconnect the tail light's plug. Then install the side covers on both sides using the 3 mm Allen wrench.
Check the result
After assembly, check to see if the taillight is working properly. Turn E-Scooter your VMAX E-Scooter and check to see if the taillight and brake light respond reliably.
