- Knife or scissors
- Heat-shrink tubing
- Hair dryer or lighter
- Optional: 3 mm Allen wrench
Instructions
Loosen the front light retaining screw

To replace the headlight, first loosen the screw that holds it in place.
Pull the headlight out of the housing
Then you can pull the light forward out of the cover.
Work carefully so as not to put unnecessary strain on the cable.
Optionally, remove the light cover

If the cable gets caught, you can also remove the light cover if you prefer.
Cut open the heat-shrink tubing and disconnect the light
Now use a sharp object to cut open the heat-shrink tubing. Be careful not to damage the cable.
Then you can unplug the light. Before plugging in a new light, slide the heat-shrink tubing over the plug.
Connect and secure the new headlight
Once the new light is plugged in, secure the heat-shrink tubing using a heat gun or a lighter.
Be careful not to overheat the heat-shrink tubing, so as not to damage the plug. Then slide the cable back into the steering head and screw the light back on.
Check the result
After assembly, check that the headlight is installed correctly and working properly. Pay particular attention to ensure it is securely fastened, that the cables are routed neatly, and that the light is functioning properly.
