Then you can pull the light forward out of the cover.

If the cable gets caught, you can also optionally remove the light cover.

3

Expose the connector

Now carefully cut open the heat shrink tubing with a sharp object. Be careful not to damage the cable. You can then unplug the light.

4

Connect the new front light

Before plugging in the new light, slide the heat shrink tubing over the connector. Once the new light is connected, secure the heat shrink tubing with the heat gun or lighter.

Note: Do not overheat, as this might damage the connector.

5

Push the cable back and secure the light

Push the cable back into the steering head. Finally, you just need to screw the front light back in place.

When reassembling, ensure that all screws are seated correctly and that no cables are pinched or damaged.

Check the Result

After reassembly, check whether the front light is securely mounted and functioning correctly. Pay special attention to the secure attachment, clean cable routing, and whether the light shines properly.

Carefully test your VMAX e-scooter after the repair initially while stationary or over a short distance before using it normally in daily life.
