Instructions
Check the folding mechanism
If your folding mechanism is very stiff or has some play, you can make the fine adjustment yourself.
The adjustment is made using the hook at the end of the handlebar.
Loosen the large screw
First loosen the large screw inside the mechanism.
Adjust the angle of the hook using the grub screw
Then adjust the angle of the hook using the small grub screw.
If you turn the grub screw in further, you will adjust the folding mechanism more tightly. When you loosen the grub screw, it becomes looser.
Tighten the large screw again
Then tighten the large screw again.
Check the result
After adjustment, check that the folding mechanism closes properly, no longer has any unnecessary play and can still be operated easily. In particular, check that the mechanism is firmly seated and securely locked.
