Reassemble the handlebar and cover

Now, reattach the handlebar under the steering head and remount the cover of the front light as well as the light itself.

Be sure that all screws are correctly seated and no cables are pinched or damaged during reassembly.

Check result

After reassembly, check if all controls are seated correctly and if the turn signals function properly. Pay particular attention to the secure routing of cables, the connectors, and the firm seating on the handlebar.

Test your VMAX e-scooter carefully after the repair initially while stationary or over a short distance before using it normally in daily life.
