What does the error mean?

Error code 24 occurs when the electronics of your e-scooter cannot interpret the signal from the motor. This may be due to a defect in your motor, or the wiring between the components has come loose.

How can the error be fixed?

To rule out a wiring error yourself, remove the right side cover at the drive axle and disconnect the motor cable from the motor for a few minutes. Then reconnect it.
