What does the error mean?

Error code 24 occurs when the electronics of your scooter cannot interpret the signal from the motor. This can either be due to a defect in your motor or the wiring between the components has come loose.

How can the fault be rectified?

To rule out a fault in the wiring itself, remove the right-hand side cover on the drive axle and disconnect the motor cable from the motor for a few minutes. Then reconnect it.
