What does the error mean?

The error code 25 indicates a faulty signal from one or both brake levers. It can also occur if you pull the brake lever when starting the e-scooter.

How can the error be fixed?

In the first step, check if the grips of the brake levers are loose. If so, gently tighten them with a wrench. In the second step, check the wiring between the brake lever and the display. If everything is fine here as well, the brake lever will likely need to be replaced.
