What does the error mean?

The error code F2 or E2 indicates a communication error between the throttle grip and the display. F2 is an error during the system self-test, E2 is an error during operation.

How can the error be rectified?

As part of the warranty,please contact us at or your dealer. We will take a thorough look at the scooter and check the source of the fault.

We are also happy to take care of your case outside the warranty period or after accidental damage. Alternatively, you can also check the wiring between the display and throttle grip yourself and replace the relevant part if you see any visible damage.
