What does the error mean?
Error codes F1 and E1 indicate a fault in the electric regenerative brake sensor. While error F1 means that the system self-test failed, error E1 indicates a fault during operation.
Error F1 usually appears when a brake lever is pulled while the scooter is starting up. Please make sure not to pull any levers or press any buttons for the first few seconds after the scooter starts up.
Error E2 is usually caused by a communication problem between the brake lever and the display, such as a loose connector or damage to the sensor in the brake lever.
How can this error be fixed?
If you have any warranty-related issues, please feel free to contact usoryour dealer. We'll thoroughly inspect the scooter and identify the cause of the problem.
Even if your warranty has expired or your bike has been damaged in an accident, we'll be happy to help you. Alternatively, you can check the wiring yourself or order a new brake lever.
Note: The cause of the error may lie either in the regenerative brake (right) or in the combined brake (left). Both brakes electronically control the engine brake.
But you don't need to worry—the mechanical drum brake has no electronic components whatsoever, so the main braking system will remain fully operational even if you have an F1 or E1 error.
