The model designation and the VIN can usually be found on the right side of the footboard. In older models, the information is sometimes located underneath the footboard.

VMAX Connect App

With the VMAX Connect App, you receive important ride information directly on your smartphone. You can view battery status, speed, lights, riding mode, and other scooter data, among other things.
Additionally, you will find settings in the app such as ECO/Sport mode, light control, unit, language, password settings, and firmware updates.
VMAX E-Scooter App
black App
The VMAX E-Scooter App offers you an advanced dashboard as well as practical functions for navigation, route planning, and trip recording.
Depending on the model, you can view live data of your e-scooter, plan your range more accurately, ride routes with turn-by-turn navigation, and save or share trips.
