Turn off the turn signals

Loosen the screw below the turn signal using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench

Be sure to set the screw aside in a clean place.

Remove the turn signals

Carefully pull the turn signals off the handlebars

Disconnect the cable

Open the heat-shrink tubing and disconnect the connector

Carefully cut open the heat-shrink tubing with a utility knife and disconnect the plug.

Connect the new turn signal

Connect the new turn signal to the existing plug-in connector.

If available, slip a new piece of heat-shrink tubing over the connection.

Installing Turn Signals

Position the turn signals and screw them in place

Reattach the turn signal to the handlebars and secure it with the 2.5 mm Allen screw.

When assembling the unit, make sure that all screws are tightened properly and that no cables are pinched or damaged.
