  • 2.5 mm Allen key
  • Utility knife
  • Spare part: Front turn signal
Before you start, make sure your VMAX e-scooter is turned off. Work on a stable surface and have all tools ready at hand.

Loosen Turn Signal

Loosen the screw under the turn signal with a 2.5 mm Allen key

Loosen the screw under the turn signal using a 2.5 mm Allen key.

Be careful to set the screw aside safely.

Remove Turn Signal

Carefully pull the turn signal out of the handlebar

Carefully pull the turn signal out of the handlebar.

Disconnect Cable Connection

Open heat shrink tubing and disconnect plug connection

Carefully cut open the heat shrink tubing with a utility knife and disconnect the plug connection.

Connect New Turn Signal

Connect the new turn signal to the existing plug connection.

If available, slide a new heat shrink tubing over the connection.

Mount Turn Signal

Position and secure the turn signal

Position the turn signal back on the handlebar and secure it with the 2.5 mm Allen screw.

When assembling, ensure that all screws are properly seated and that no cables are pinched or damaged.

Check Result

After reassembly, check to ensure the turn signal is mounted correctly and functions properly. Test especially the flashing function and the secure fit.

Test your VMAX e-scooter after the repair initially while stationary before using it normally again in everyday situations.
