The New E-Scooter of VMAX E-Scooter

The New E-Scooter of VMAX E-Scooter

With the opening of our new production facility and a completely revamped model lineup, we’re showcasing what modern micromobility is capable of today. Swiss precision, combined with innovative technology, defines every detail of our new E-Scooter. Take a look at what’s new—and what’s exciting.

Innovations with the new V-Core Controller

At the heart of these technical innovations is the V-Core Controller. It not only handles control functions but also optimizes overall energy management in real time. In doing so, it precisely regulates current, temperature, and torque to ensure maximum efficiency. Features such as a thermal management system, regenerative braking logic, and intelligent charging electronics with up to 4.5 amps of charging power make it the technological backbone of the new models.

Three power modes are available:“Gear”at 25A for high torque output, “Boost” at 35A for up to 1,900 watts, and “Max” at 50A, which delivers up to 2,800 watts and is the most powerful mode.

V-Torque: Motor technology designed to meet the highest standards for electric scooters

The new motor series, called V-Torque, was developed specifically for the V-Core controllers. Two drive types are available: the V-Torque Gear Motor with a planetary gearbox and the V-Torque R10, a direct-drive hub motor. Both have been optimized for different requirements, whether it’s maximum traction on inclines (Gear) or exceptionally quiet operation in urban areas (Hub).

The hub motor impresses with its direct power transmission to the axle, high efficiency, and virtually silent operation—ideal for anyone who wants a quiet and responsive ride. The gearmotor stands out for its high torque at low speeds, light weight, and exceptionally robust construction. In both versions, an integrated regenerative braking system supports energy recovery while driving.

Redefining the E-Scooter Experience

The VMAX has also made significant improvements in the area of driving dynamics. The new generation features enhanced suspension technology that takes ride comfort to a whole new level. The front axle is equipped with oil-pressure suspension, while the rear features finely tuned elastomer suspension for added stability. The systems are weather-resistant, low-maintenance, and automatically adapt to the terrain.

The riding experience is enhanced by new displays featuring an integrated V-Sense light sensor. The 3.5-inch displays on the new VX2 and VX8 series automatically adjust to ambient light conditions, feature a real glass cover, and display all essential information in up to six languages. In low-light conditions, the backlight automatically turns on—for greater safety and comfort.

An overview of the new VMAX electric scooter models

The updated model lineup caters to a variety of usage scenarios—from compact city scooters to powerful off-road vehicles.

The VX2 Gear combines a V-Torque gear motor with 1,400 watts of peak power, a range of up to 80 kilometers, and a 38% climbing ability. The VX2 Hub features the V-Torque R10 hub motor with 1900 watts, offers a range of up to 90 kilometers, and can handle a 35% gradient. Even more powerful is the VX4, which, with 2,800 watts of power, a range of 110 kilometers, and a maximum climbing ability of 40%, was developed primarily for demanding terrain. With a 150 kg payload and a 4-inch display, it is the flagship of the new series.

A particular highlight is the new VX8 : Weighing just 15.5 kg, with a range of 45 kilometers and a carbon frame, it’s designed for anyone who wants to combine maximum lightness with sophisticated technology.
