Shipping times
Orders are usually dispatched by us no later than the working day following the order (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), provided that all items are in stock.
If individual items are not available, you will be informed immediately.
Availability
You can see the availability of items directly on the product page above the "Add to shopping cart" button. For pre-orders, the expected availability is indicated here. This may change due to fluctuations in the supply chain. The information on the product page corresponds to the current status; in the event of changes, this will be adjusted immediately and we will inform you of the new expected delivery date.
Shipping partners
We generally use DHL Express for shipping. Larger orders, especially from corporate customers, may also be shipped on pallets by a forwarding agent.
DHL Express usually delivers within one day of collection. The shipping time by forwarding agent may vary.
After your order has been dispatched by DHL, you will receive tracking information. Please note that it may take a few hours for your parcel to be registered here.
Shipping costs
From an order value of CHF 100 we ship free of charge.
For orders under CHF 100, a shipping fee of CHF 17.20 will be charged. This flat rate is independent of the value, size or weight of the order. Our shipping conditions are designed for relatively large and heavy parcels, we cannot offer special conditions for small and light parcels.
Shipping area
We only ship from our warehouse within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Shipping to other countries is not possible. For orders to Germany or Austria, please visit the German VMAX online store . The same applies to orders to the USA or Canada with the American online store.
