Shipping

Shipping partner:
Normally, shipping is done via DHL Express.

Shipping area:
Shipping is exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Shipping time:
Regardless of when the order is placed, every order will be shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday), provided all items are available.
If any items are not available, you will be informed immediately.
Pre-orders will be shipped on the date announced on the respective product page.

Pre-orders:
If one or more items in your order are marked as "pre-order," your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available. The expected availability can be seen directly under the "Pre-order now" or "Add to cart" button. 
If we are unable to meet the expected delivery dates, we will inform you at the latest at that time and provide you with the corresponding, most up-to-date information. 

Tracking:
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking link for shipment tracking.

Shipping costs:

• Free shipping for orders over CHF 100.–

• For orders under CHF 100.– a shipping fee of CHF 17.20 will be charged

Special notes:
In case of large orders or orders with a high total weight, our shipping team reserves the right to ship via pallet or freight. In such cases, we will inform you in advance about the shipping method and expected delivery time.
